Subscription Terms

Commercial subscription terms for Bacenik Steward. Self-serve plans are available when counsel-activated terms are in force for your deployment.

Billing

Stripe processes self-serve subscriptions. Enterprise customers may use offline contract billing. Bacenik does not store card data.

Connected systems

Live M365, Jira, or Azure DevOps sync may only be relied on when those connectors report live sync for your workspace.

Compliance

Assessment support materials assist your own SOC 2 or FedRAMP assessors. Bacenik does not claim FedRAMP authorization or SOC 2 Type II certification by Bacenik.
